Holiday wish list. Having family all over the world means I need to be organized this time of year. Presents need to be bought and sent. Not only am I trying to find appropriate gifts but they also need to be small enough to not incur crazy shipping costs. Of course I also need to send them early because it seems that everything takes longer to arrive this time of year. I am, however, one of those unique individuals that doesn’t get stressed out during the Holidays, by the time gift giving has hit, my feet have been elevated for days!
My hubby and I don’t live near family so the bulk of our gifts has already gone out and we get to focus on our own little celebrations. By this weekend I’ll probably be done with most of my important shopping, or at the very least I’ll have a good idea of what I’m going to buy. It’s funny but being so organized makes me miss out on that holiday rush and the packed stores filled with stressed out masses. I thrive on that excitement so I always make sure to leave one or two gifts for the last minute. Reading this over I realize how ridiculous I sound but it’s true…… Years ago, I used to work in a gourmet chocolate store and I remember that working on the 24th was so much fun. It was busy and crazy and insane but it left me completely and totally exhilarated. The trouble is that while I’m shopping for others I can’t help but make a mental list of what I would like as well……. I started my list at my friend’s shop (Pret-a-Porter Luxe in West Vancouver, I can’t seem to stay away).
Totally lusting after this bag. With tons of pockets it’s extremely roomy and I can just picture myself carrying it as I board a flight to somewhere fabulous! I think the best part of this bag just might be the lining!
My jaw just dropped when I saw this piece of fabulousness! A vintage brocade coat in Pink! I think I’ve tried this on at least a dozen times. This is one of those things that I never knew I couldn’t live without until I saw it….. now I know I need it!

The lining in the bag is great! And I love the brocade coat. I was just searching for one on Etsy the other day. I think I found only a couple to add to my favorites.
A nice brocade is kind of hard to find…..If you find one please post it!

Me too – shopping all done and sent already. But I always enjoy the last-minute crush in the shops – it’s much more enjoyable when you’re not panicking 🙂
