Welcome to the September Ab Challenge! It’s super easy to start and you can absolutely work at your own pace. The way this is going to work is that every week I’ll post a 2-3 abdominal workouts that you’ll do everyday. You can incorporate them into your current workout or do them on their own. When the month is done, you’ll be stronger and you’ll notice a huge difference, not just in your strength but in your posture as well.

Note, some of these exercises are advanced so please watch your form and if you feel uncomfortable trying them then just throw in a different exercise.
