YOUR GUIDE TO KILLER ABS
When I was still teaching Pilates, many of my clients would come in begging for a great abdominal workout. Not just the kind that “works” your abs, but the kind you could still feel 2 days later whenever you tried to move. So I began experimenting with all of the 100’s of variations that are out there. The goal was to make them hard, but doable (with the possibility of adding modifications). Since most of my clients were A-type personalities I knew that they would tell me immediately if my workout didn’t work out.
With that in mind, I put together some of my favourite exercises for you to try. Here’s a sneak peak at what you will find:

If you are feeling particularly daring you can do these exercises all at once, or simply add them to your regular workout. Just remember they are tough and have been designed to make you sweat!
