September Ab Challenge Week Three. Congratulations! You’ve made it to week three and we are halfway through the month (can you believe it).

If you’ve missed week one or two, just click on the link below. It’s never too late to get started!



These two exercises are definitely up a notch from the previous two weeks, but I’m sure you’ll be able to handle them. Take your time, listen to my cues and have some fun.
Remember that it’s only 2 exercises that you can do on their own or incorporate them into your workout.
