Welcome to week two of the September Ab Challenge! If you missed last week, no worries just pop on over by clicking the link below.
By now you should already be feeling a bit of a difference. You were (hopefully) kind of sore for a couple of days, but now it should be much easier to get through the workout.
In week two we are covering the roll over and the double leg stretch.
A note about the Roll Over. This exercise is not for everyone. If you have back issues, please don’t attempt the entire move unless you are under the care of a Pilates instructor or personal trainer. You can, however, do a half roll over which means that you’ll do the first half of what I’m demonstrating in the video without taking your legs over your head.
